Guac Hummus

  • Add 1 can of garbanzo beans, juice of 1/2 lime, 2 tbs tahini, 2 garlic cloves, 1 tbs olive oil, some salt and cumin to a blender and pulse until mixed, but chunky

  • Add to a bowl with 1/2- whole Avocado, sprinkle some more lime juice and pepper on top

  • serve with breadsticks, carrot, celery, bell pepper, cabbage turnip sticks….
