“Okreblue’s organic gardens supply the majority of ingredients in the restaurant. The rest of the ingredients are sourced locally (on Paros, or wider-Greece) to travel and the carbon footprint. Food is up-cycled to minimize waste in the kitchen and all scraps are composted to nourish and grow the organic gardens.
