Located above magnificent Lake Millstatt, SOAMI is a Retreat Center for Body, Mind and Soul. Nourish and re-find yourself surrounded by the beauty of Austria, close to the boarders of Italy and Slovenia.

↠ What to expect:

A Workshop based Retreat on creative sequencing, integrity and alignment in your practice.

Far more than just a week to relax and eat healthy, this Retreat will be a container in which we grow, learn and play, all whilst nourishing our entire being in community.

Svādhyāya (self study) is the fourth Niyama of Patanjali’s Yoga Sutras and a crucial part of the Yogic practice. It is an inquiry of our inner reality so we can break through limiting beliefs and find truth.

As we move, we learn to do so with integrity and by gaining knowledge and freedom so we can learn to trust our intuition.

*Every 3 years, Teachers registered with Yoga Alliance are required to complete 30 hours of continuing education. In order to receive the certification, you have to participate in all offered classes and workshops. For Retreat attendees, who are not wanting to receive credits, all workshops and classes are optional.

Prices will range depending on privacy and style of the Room. 

Total Costs start at €1428, which is made up of:

1) Tuition:

  • €600 at reservation to secure your spot

2) Lodging & Food for 6 nights:

  • Airfare/ other transportation to the Venue

  • Transportation from and to the airport/ train station (SOAMI offers Pick up and shuttle services, also not included)

Your Host:
Jesira is a 500hr certified Yoga Teacher (ERYT200, RYT500, Prenatal and trauma-informed YT), Nutritionist with a B.A in Education. She grew up near the german black forest and moved to California the day after graduating college. Here, she studied with many wonderful and influential Yoga Teachers, founded an LLC to make Yoga accessible in her community and has been organising Events, Workshops and Retreats in California and Hawaii. Six years later, she moved from the coastal magic of Santa Cruz to Innsbrucks spectacular Mountains, brought her business to Austria and is now teaching Yoga and hosting Retreats across Europe.

Her classes are a dynamic combination of traditional yogic teachings and science backed approaches to strength, mobility, alignment and functionality. In Jesira’s class you will learn to tap into your body’s wisdom and build awareness for your own practice and movements. Throughout the flow, practitioners are shifting between deep focus, soft surrender and smiles :).

Guest Teacher:
Kati lives in Innsbruck in Tyrol, is a passionate and certified yoga teacher, mental coach, choreographer and sports scientist. In her sessions, the human being, with all its myriad facets, is in the foreground, without limitations or judgment - because when sweating, laughing, working out, stretching or meditating, we are all the same. Her yoga classes, meditations and coaching sessions especially change the way you deal with yourself, your own body and general awareness in a healing way. Flexibility is not only the focus here physically, the mind is also allowed to become more flexible. To make your life sustainably more conscious, healthier and happier. Teaching this is not a profession for Kati, but she shares her personal passion with it.

Alongside influences from her many years of experience as a dancer, as well as her degree in sports, she lovingly and playfully teaches how to make the body - as well as the mind - intuitively, creatively and sustainably more flexible and stronger. Kati is ready for you as soon as you are :)
